Terms and conditions of participation and data protection

1. The organizer of the competition is Dursol Fabrik Otto Durst GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as "DURSOL"), Martinstraße 22, 42653 Solingen, Germany.

2. This competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram. Participants are familiar with Instagram's terms of use and guidelines.

3. Participation in the competition is restricted to participants of legal age who are permanently resident in Germany.

4. The contest will take place from May 1, 2024, to May 8, 2024, until 11:59 p.m.

5. To participate in the competition, participants must:
5.1. Follow the AUTOSOL Instagram channel (available at https://www.instagram.com/autosol_official/),
5.2. Like the post,
5.3. And answer the question "What is your favorite AUTOSOL product?" in a comment below the post.

6. Comments and images that violate Instagram guidelines, German law, and common decency will be removed without notice upon discovery. The author will then be excluded from the competition. Links to other websites or other advertising references are also prohibited.

7. The closing date for entries is May 8, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.

9. Cash payment of the prize is not possible; the prize is non-transferable.

10. The winner will be selected from all valid entries by members of the DURSOL marketing team within 3 (working) days of the end of the competition and announced on the Autosol_Official Instagram page. The winner's Instagram name will be announced. The winner must contact the Autosol_Official Instagram page with their address details via private message within 5 days. If the winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be selected from all participants.

11. DURSOL reserves the right to name the winner and their prize (e.g., Manfred M. from Sample City) on its website, in its newsletter, or on the company's Instagram page (without providing the address or further details). The announcement of the winner on the website is without guarantee. The participant agrees to this form of publication. With regard to the use of personal data, point 12 of the conditions of participation also applies.

12. DURSOL reserves the right to adjust, change, or cancel the competition if necessary. In the event of modification, suspension, or termination of the competition by DURSOL, participants shall not be entitled to any compensation claims against DURSOL.

13. The personal data provided by the participant will be stored in compliance with DURSOL's data protection regulations only for the duration of the competition and its processing and will then be deleted, subject to commercial law or other statutory retention periods. No data will be passed on to third parties, without prejudice to the possible transfer of personal data for order data processing within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. 14. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
